GREENACCORD: ONLINE SEMINAR IN MEMORY OF DARRYL D’MONTE. August 4 2020, 3.00-5.30 pm CET/ 6.30-9.00 pm IST/ 6.00-8.30 am PDT / 8.00-10.30 am CDT / 9.00-11.30 AST
In March 2019, the journalist Darryl D’Monte left us. It was a great loss for the whole Greenaccord family. We considered him to be the dean of our network and not just for his age. He knew how to dispense his expert advice, how to give value to the contribution of the most authoritative speakers and how to participate in a debate, always contributing to the success of each initiative. He is certainly one of Greenaccord’s true fathers. A year later, Greenaccord wants to dedicate a specific initiative to him and deeply felt in his memory. Nalaka Gunawardene will remember him as a friend and master of journalism, Keya Acharya will do it recalling his contribution to environmental journalism in India, Joydeep Gupta it will make us open our eyes to the green future of his beloved India.
Three influential professors and a manager from India will discuss about “Green deal for India”. Among them, the Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Mr. Ashwini Kumar Choubei. The event closes with the conclusions of Sir John Martin Thomas, Greenaccord’s ambassador for Asia. Domenico Gaudioso, Greenaccord Responsible for International Relations he will be our chairman for the seminar.
It will be possible to follow in streaming the whole seminar on Greenaccord’s facebook page. We are counting on your (online) presence and please spread the news!
